Ben Sturner, Co-Founder and CEO
Ben Sturner is the founder and CEO of Leverage Agency, a premier brand, sports and entertainment company. Over the past five years, Ben has been responsible for securing over $30 million in sponsorship deals. Ben launched Leverage Agency from his New York City apartment, and, through his vision, Leverage has emerged as a leading agency for clients in the sports and branded entertainment industries. In 2010, the SportsBusiness Journal recognized Leverage as a top 5 agency in sales, property consulting, and client services.
Ben played varsity tennis and graduated from Boston University with a degree in communications. He has taught sports management at New York University and Columbia University, and has lectured at Princeton University, Indiana University, Brown University, and the University of Massachusetts, among others. Ben enjoys giving back and helping shape the next generation of sports business leaders. Ben created MSBA as an entrepreneurial venture combining his passion of sports, business, fitness, networking and mentorship into one program. |

David Oestreicher, Co-Founder and Managing Director
David Oestreicher was named last year to the inaugural class of SportsPro Media's 10 NEXT - a designation which recognizes the next generation of leaders in global sports business. Outside of MSBA, David is General Manager of the American Collegiate Intramural Sports (ACIS) and also spends his days advising a select group of brands and properties invested in sports and entertainment.
Prior, David served as Global Business Development Manager for the National Basketball Association (NBA). In this position he played a key role in sourcing and fostering the NBA's groundbreaking relationship with Boost Mobile. Before joining the NBA, David worked as Adviser to the CEO at American Collegiate Intramural Sports (ACIS), where he led the business team in revenue generation and was responsible for the acquisition and management of notable clients including DISH, Merck, PepsiCo, Perry Ellis and State Farm. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University, where he was honored as the top student in the Kelley School of Business' Integrative Core program. As co-founder of the university's sports career panel, he lectures annually and enjoys sharing industry insights and career advice through year-round mentorship. |

Jonathan Blue, Partner and Advisor
Jonathan Blue is Chairman and Managing Director of Blue Equity, LLC. Blue Equity is a private equity firm with a diverse and innovative portfolio of business enterprises with concentrations in oil and gas, media, healthcare, defense, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, art commerce, and sports & entertainment. In his role as Chairman, Blue oversees the management of the current holdings in the company. Blue also formed BEST (Blue Entertainment Sports Television) in 2005 and was successful in building through ten acquisitions one of the world's leading sports and entertainment firms which was acquired by Lagardère Unlimited in 2010. Lagardère Unlimited is now a division of the Lagardère Group (PAR-MMB), a worldwide leader in media, retailing, aerospace and sports and entertainment.

Lorne Segall, Dean of Students
Lorne Segall was a member of MSBA's inaugural class and is now responsible for overseeing all areas pertaining to the MSBA student experience. In his role as Dean of Students, Lorne is responsible for finding top-tier internship placements for all MSBA students, overseeing Residence Life in our summer housing, and acting as a valuable resource to the students throughout the summer. Lorne's unique perspective as a former MSBA participant will ensure our students are taken care of by someone who can identify with the experiences of going through a summer with MSBA.
Lorne graduated with distinction from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting. While at school, he was involved as the co-chair for the 15th and 16th annual JMSM Sports Marketing Conference, Canada's largest student-run sports business conference. He was also a co-founder of the Concordia Swarm, a campus club dedicated to creating and fostering school spirit around varsity athletics. Lorne has completed internships in athlete marketing at Sprint Management and corporate sales and sponsorship at Lagardère Unlimited. He has also been an Account Administrator at SDI Marketing where he worked on sports-related brand management for PepsiCo brands such as Gatorade, Pepsi Max, and Ruffles. |

Stacy Bradley, Director of Program Development
Stacy has an indomitable entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for success, and humbling philanthropic goals.
A native of Wisconsin, Stacy found early success in athletics. She excelled in cross- country, volleyball, basketball, and softball. After graduating high school, she continued her volleyball and softball endeavors by becoming a two-sport NCAA academic scholar.
As a sophomore, Stacy chose to hang-up her cleats, and set aside her kneepads, in order to pursue her pre-med course of study at the University of Minnesota. She combined her interests in athletics and medicine, becoming an athletic trainer for the University of Minnesota and University of Southern California football programs.
Throughout her college career, Stacy has worked with multiple professional sports teams and college athletes and saw many dreams come true, but also saw many dreams fall short. Putting medical school on hold, Stacy re-focused her dedication to enlightening, encouraging, and assisting student and professional athletes in their efforts to reach their full potential in life.
Stacy works with NFL Player Engagement Directors, NCAA Compliance Officials, and student affair staff members to design and improve personal development programs for a variety of athletes. Stacy also covered the NFL, NBA, WNBA and NASCAR for ESPN The Magazine. |

Jackie Carleton, Active Networking Manager
Jackie Carleton recently joined the MSBA team and coordinates the Active Networking programming. Jackie is currently working towards her MBA with a joint Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, specifically focused on higher education, at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. During the school year, Jackie serves as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Lehigh tennis team and helped lead the program to its first ever Patriot League Championship and NCAA berth this past season. In addition, Jackie serves on the Board of Directors for Embrace Your Dreams, a nonprofit that uses sports to promote education and life skills to at-risk youth. Prior to attending Lehigh, Jackie worked as the Promotions Manager for North, South America and Australia at the leading tennis racquet brand, Babolat, in Denver, CO. In addition, Jackie has worked as a Sports Marketing Coordinator within the tennis division at the Adidas headquarters in Portland, OR and as an analyst at AIG in London, England.
Jackie earned her Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and a Markets and Management certificate from Duke University. She played varsity tennis and earned All-American honors at both Duke University and UCLA. She helped lead her teams to two NCAA quarterfinal appearances and one NCAA final appearance. Jackie aims to promote a team environment at MSBA and enjoys sharing her experiences and mentoring recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the sports industry. |

Natalie Mikolich - Communications Manager
Natalie P. Mikolich is Communications Manager for MSBA and the Founder of npm | pr that has provided public relations services for some of the leading sports and entertainment agencies around the world including Blue Entertainment Sports Television (BEST) and Lagardère Unlimited - one of the top international sports agencies today. In addition to this, Natalie has worked with a variety of businesses and experts in industries ranging from sports, fitness, health, beauty and luxury lifestyle to non-profit organizations and special events delivering highly successful media campaigns and coverage with the most sought after media for the clients of npm | pr.
Natalie has assisted many of the world's top professional tennis players to promote their off-court interests such as well-known stars like Andy Roddick and the Andy Roddick Foundation, Novak Djokovic and the ATP Japan Earthquake Charity Fundraiser, Justine Henin and the 6th Sense Tennis Academy and Bob & Mike Bryan and the Bryan Bros Band Featuring David Baron. Natalie has also worked with elite Olympic athletes including CoverGirl Marlen Esparza who was the first U.S. Olympic Female Boxer in history to qualify and medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics London winning Bronze. Natalie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Miami in 2006 with a Double Major in Public Relations and Psychology while interning with Sfx Tennis where she got her start in the sports industry under Ken Meyerson. Prior to this, Natalie was a top five ranked national junior tennis player and apart of the undefeated University of Florida Women's Varsity Tennis Team during the 2002-2003 season, winning both the SEC Conference Championships and the NCAA Division I Team Championships and finishing the season ranked #1 in the NCAA Division I Team Standings. |

Samson Feldman, Operations Manager
Samson was a member of MSBA's inaugural class and now coordinates all academy programming including recruitment, admissions, curriculum, and marketing. He has completed internships at IMG in their consulting division and at Foxrock Partners, a boutique sports and entertainment marketing agency focused on brand consulting, business development, and cause marketing.
He recently graduated from NYU's Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Marketing and Finance and a minor in Mandarin. On campus, Samson was a member of the lacrosse team and a co-founder of the Stern Sports Business Initiative, providing a forum for NYU business students to network with sports industry professionals. |

Brett Stewart, Technology Manager
Published worldwide in several languages as a fitness author, Brett Stewart is an endurance athlete who currently resides in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to moving to the southwest for year-round training and conditioning to compete in Ironman triathlons and ultra-marathons, he managed the web group at ESPN Technology.
Brett has several technology start-ups and software companies to his credit over the last 16 years, and is currently the owner of dot9design. A proud husband and father, Brett is the author of several fitness books including 7 Weeks to Getting Ripped, 7 Weeks to a Triathlon, Paleo Fitness and Ultimate Obstacle Race Training. |
