Career Mentoring

Mentoring is a vital aspect of career development and growth. The right mentor relationships provide guidance, perspective and support. MSBA has created a dual mentoring program. We believe that in order to be a mentee, one must also understand how to be a mentor.

Get a Mentor
MSBA participants are paired with established young professionals based on areas of professional and extracurricular interest. This component includes goal setting, one-on-one sessions, and regular phone/email contact between mentors and mentees. Our goal is to foster relationships which continue long after program completion.

Be a Mentor
Through partnership with the High School of Sports Management (HSSM) in Brooklyn, we match MSBA participants with high school students for a unique opportunity to play an integral role in their scholastic development. The High School of Sports Management stresses experiential learning opportunities for its students through sports and sports-related fields such as marketing, management, law, medicine, journalism and broadcasting.
